My colleague can no longer log in. What can I do?

1. Go to Kadonation Select and log in.
2. In the menu on the left, click on 'users'.
3. Click on the pen icon next to the user who can no longer log in.
4. Click on 'actions' at the top.
5. Click on 'reset password'.

The user will receive an email that will allow them to choose a new password
