How do I add a personalised video message to a gift?

Please note! Personalised video messages can only be added to the Kadonation gift vouchers or themed vouchers (both digital and physical).

A personalised video message can be added in two ways.

Option 1: While ordering a gift

1. Choose a Kadonation Gift Voucher or themed voucher.
2. Choose an option.
3. Add the recipients.
4. Add the video message
• Via Form: check the option and upload a file
• Via Excel: first import your Excel, then you can upload a file per person
• Via Employees: first add your employees, then you can upload a file per person

Option 2: After ordering a gift

You can also add a video message after ordering.

1. In the menu on the left click on 'orders'.
2. Find the relevant order.
3. Click on the eye icon to the right of the order.
4. Click on the eye icon to the right of the 'ordered articles'.
5. Click on the eye icon of the recipient for which a video message still needs to be added.
6. On the right a pop-up window will appear where the video message can be uploaded.
7. Upload the video message.
8. Click 'save'.
