How do I set up automation?

In the menu bar on the left you will find the section 'Automated gifts'. Here you can set up and manage automation.

Note: you first need to add employees under 'Employees' before you can set up automation.

You can currently set up automation for birthdays and work anniversaries. The process is similar for both.

1. Enter the general information
• What type of gift you want to give (determines how the gift voucher will look)
• When the automation expires
• The amount each gift voucher should have
2. Select which employees are allowed to receive it
• You can also select all employees. If you do this, you can also indicate that new employees should be automatically added to this automation.
3. Enter the order details
4. Enter the personalisation information
   
• Your personal message is shown on the page where the gift voucher is redeemed. You can set this up for Dutch, French and English.
• The delivery time indicates when the gift voucher will be sent to the recipient
5. Save

Your gift vouchers will now be automatically sent to your employees.
