1) Go to Kadonation Select and log in.
2) In the menu on the left, click on 'gift occasions'.
3) Choose the most suitable occasion for the order.
4) Choose an option (digital, card, card + envelope, box, or box + sleeve).
5) Add recipients via 'from employees'.
| Add employees to employee management 1) In the menu on the left go to 'employee management'. 2) Click on the cloud icon next to the title 'employee management'. 3) Download the Excel template. 4) Fill in the template with all the employee data. 5) In step 2, click 'choose file' and select the completed Excel file. 6) Click on import. The employees are now in employee management. |
6) Click on the pink text 'Select employees from employee management'.
7) Search for employees in the search field or choose a team via the side bar on the right.
8) Select specific employees by clicking on the dots to the left of the name.
9) Fill in the fields 'from', 'amount' and 'personal message'.
10) Click on 'save'.
11) Click on 'view cart'.
12) Click on shopping basket and follow the steps to pay.
The earliest delivery date has already been filled in with the first possible delivery date, which you can only change to a later date.
There are two invoice types: either 'grouped monthly invoice' (all orders are grouped together and one monthly invoice is sent) or 'separate invoice per order'. Choose one of the options.
