Price increase

Dear customer

We are living in turbulent times and Kadonation is unfortunately not immune to this new reality.

Due to the sharp increase in production, energy and raw material costs, we are forced to increase some of our prices. Specifically, we are planning a price increase that will only affect the processing and shipping costs of Kadonation Gift Vouchers in physical format and will be effective from 1 October 2022.

Specifically, the new rates will be as follows:

• Gift voucher: 0.5 euros + postage
• Gift voucher in an envelope: 1 euro + shipping
• Gift voucher in a standard gift box: 1.80 euros + shipping
• Gift voucher in a standard gift box with sleeve: 2.30 euros + shipping
• Gift voucher in a winter theme gift box: 2.5 euros + shipping
• Gift voucher in a winter themed gift box with sleeve: 3 euros + shipping

Please note, however, that orders of our physical gift vouchers for a total value of more than 500 euros can still be delivered to your office (in case of one address) free of charge (reminder: free delivery does not apply to the delivery of items in our physical gift category).

You can also be assured that we remain committed to continually striving to offer you the fairest possible range of gift solutions, both in terms of quality and price. In the past, we were able to absorb some price increases in our margin without having to adjust our prices. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible.

Finally, to end on a positive note, we would like to remind you that our digital Kadonation Gift Voucher remains free of charge as it is at present.
